I need your help in the movement to cure arthritis

As you may already know, I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis at the age of 18 and on Saturday, September 12th (my 30th birthday), I want to walk for all of those that can't.

Living as a person with RA for the past 12 years has been a challenge and a blessing in disguise. Now, it is time that I give back to the foundation whose research has made it possible for me to live my life to the fullest and go beyond any expectations I ever had for myself when I was first diagnosed with this debilitating disease.

I am taking on the challenge to make a difference by participating in the Arthritis Walk as a part of Let's Move Together, the Arthritis Foundation's nationwide movement that encourages people to move to prevent or treat arthritis.

Today, one in five people suffer from the pain of arthritis. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) project that by the year 2030, 67 million people in the U.S., or 1 in 4 adults, will live with arthritis. You can join me in the movement against arthritis by helping me reach my goal. Let's Move Together to improve lives and reduce the pain of arthritis.
